oysters poached in Pernod with spinach and bacon in torched garlic aïoli
Georgia white shrimp served with peppadew pepper cocktail sauce
pink peppercorn crusted ahi tuna a la plancha with tropical fruit relish over forbidden rice and passion fruit beurre monté
6 oz beef tenderloin with sweet corn and jumbo lump crab bread pudding, flame kissed sugar beets, and brussels sprouts finished with a cognac cream reduction
crab, scallops, and shrimp over linguini sautéed with zucchini, caramelized onion, mushroom, and spinach in a San Marzano tomato cream sauce
Godiva chocolate fondue with cherries, toasted chocolate cake, strawberry, and marshmallow

Murder Mystery Dinner
Looking for something fun and unique to do this winter? Round up a group of 8 friends and figure out who among them done it…over a fabulous four course dinner served in our private dining room.
The setting? A 1920s speakeasy in old Chicago. You and your dinner companions will assume the role of one of eight beguiling characters. We’ll provide the script, the costume suggestions, and of course an amazing Rookery feast. All you need to bring is your sense of humor and a light-hearted approach toward deceit, larceny, sex, and murder.
